Requirements :
  • GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities :

Focusing mainly on the generation of new businesses, as an IT Sales & Marketing Executive you'll be responsible for marketing the company's IT Business solutions to diversified industry. Familiar with BI, ERP & CRM programs

Specifically, this will involve:

  • Developing your own internal accounts
  • Providing support to the IT & Integration manager and Business Development Manager
  • Contacting prospective and existing customers
  • Analysing the Business IT needs
    Participating in events such as seminars and trade shows
  • Strategic Marketing
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. The ideal IT Sales & Marketing Executive will be outgoing, confident and a self starter looking to build on their IT sales experience with a fast growing company

 Customer Service cum Admin Executive

Requirements :
  • Singaporean, PR or Malaysian may apply
  • Diploma holder or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of CS-sales support
  • Eloquent in handling customer and good communication skill
  • Meticulous and strong in organizing & scheduling

 

Job Responsibilities :
  • Handle phone/email enquiries from customers
  • Managing all communication within the team
  • Admin support - booking of tickets, meeting scheduling
  • Keep track of committed tasks to clients & ensure that team is on time
