  • Maintenance and Configuration of Payroll Rules: Define the pay structure for different projects and employees for payroll calculation purposes;
  • Payroll Calculation: Based on payroll structure, SMS will be able to calculate payroll on a pro-rated per day basis. This can then be summed up for bi-weekly payroll;
  • Flexibility with Payroll Management: Configure and update payroll rules and logic as business requirements change;
  • Allowances and Bonuses: The system is able to fully support all variable allowances, bonuses and deductions to compute a final payroll;
