Within a short span of time PBA Solutions has managed to secure many customers across multiple vertical industries. Besides PBA subsidiaries, its recent customers include eCommerce service provider, leading furniture retailer, corporate travel agent and procurement service provider.

Our commitments to our customers:

  • Transparency of Capability: we make clear upfront our capabilities and we do not take take on any work that we believe we do not have strong capabilities in.
  • No-nonsense Pricing: for most of the software systems in our portfolio, our charges are only for services. We have adopted a fixed pricing model whereby once the total service charges for a project has been agreed upon we do not change our pricing even when the stated scope of work ends up requiring more effort than we had anticipated.
  • Commitment of Resources: we understand that change in project resources while the project is in progress is not only disruptive but also puts the success of the project in jeopardy. We try our very best to maintain the project team composition intact throughout the duration of the project. We also ensure that each each project is sufficiently resourced to ensure its success.
  • Business-oriented Solutions: solving business issues is our primary objective. Hence all our technology solutions are driven primarily by business objectives.
